Is it possible to 3d print a suppressor using pa6 gf? Also how did you harden the supresor?

How are you hardening your prints?

Are these made with PLA + fillaments or are these all metal ?

Can u Make 1 from pla+ and say its for airsoft??

cant wait to see the "how to" on the hardening. I will be using it for all kinds of my 3D prints, not sure if i'll ever make a can, but if its that tough, I'll use it for functional parts around the shop!

Could i put one on my air gun? or does the expansion of gas change between air and an actual firearm

If there was a steel adapter that doubled as a blast chamber, would that help the non-treated suppressor stay more stiff? For example; 1/2x28 to 1.375x24 with a cylindrical blast chamber, then the suppressor would attach into the 1.375 threads.

and if you live in one of the nanny states you cant even form 1 a suppressor as they are totally illegal.

What do you mean by hardened it/stiffened it?

This awesome. How many minutes did you do the heat treat for? I have other parts I 3D print for houseboats that under go heat and have been looking into heat treating.

Pretty much 100% infill... yeah they gotta be 10 walls+ and 100% infill lol. Im sure you've gotten it by now with all the advancements in 3d printing tech. And the "deaf" CAD advancements too. Thank America for providing "deaf" people with cad skills. Lollllll

When you mention hardening your print. Do you mean you're annealing the plastic? Also what filament did you use on the tan can? Great video! I'm amazed at where this technology has come in 5 years
