Excellent and easy to assist such customers.
Ответитьvery profesional ❤
Ответитьi loved this video
ОтветитьI am very impress with your hair
ОтветитьShe is very beautiful and brave
ОтветитьAnyone here feel like this sounds kinda like an IELTS listening test lol? I used to take the test for my study.
ОтветитьOne thing that I can assure is that this wasn't a real sales customer call by the body language and confidence of the sales rep towards the customer. Plus no customer would straight away jump into buying it like that by just hearing one benefit!
ОтветитьAfter closing the video 4 times, i watched the video. No need for this type of monetization.
ОтветитьFake example
Never heard such a pleasant customer in all my 25yrs
Nissan Altima
Brokiesssss
No way we have the same headsets
ОтветитьI hate this kind of script. The customer didn't even say anything yet and she's already taking the order. Pisses me off so much and then she gives conditions that almost sound threatening and guilt tripping to the customer. "If you do this now I'll be able to do this" and "well, your item is old so you need a new one" bullcrap. And then she just asks for his credit card without even asking him for consent if he really wants to do the sale. Color me held at audio-gunpoint when that happens to me.
Also I know it's their job and they need this for their salary, but I'm speaking for a customer's point of view. I'll never ever interact with another sales agent if you talk to me like this. Not even because I'm a Karen, but this is the stuff of my childhood anxiety.
If someone needs something, it won't take cheap mind games to sell it to them.
If your employer is encouraging you to use "sales techniques", they're just using you to squeeze a tad more profit from every call.
It's terrible, and you get burnt out. Routine for your employer. Some other schmuck takes your place no problem.
You get paid on a wage that's unsustainable, and they somehow talked you into thinking you're supposed to make up the difference with a commission for a sale or reaching a quota. If you get your big sale or stay on quota, why ... you'll make more than people who go to college! Wow!
Welcome to chapter of your life where you spend months or years chasing the carrot until you get fed up and leave.
It's called exploitation. You're being used in this kind of job. If it's your only option, devote an hour a night on self-investment and work toward a job that provides value without "sales".

ОтветитьPam from the office?
ОтветитьThis is a nightmares.
ОтветитьThis voice is Mina from medicare
ОтветитьI couldn't hear any sound how you fix this hehe...
ОтветитьThe only thing I would add to this call is, is there anything else he may need or want. Ask him about his map what he feels he is missing. Touch the motivation and pain points. Go from there.
ОтветитьShe good
ОтветитьShe is so cute
ОтветитьAm currently reading a lot of business books and this is definitely an old school sales approach towards a customer. Thank you for posting this video, it is informative and has given me an idea between what a cold calling is like and letting the customer decide for himself if he wants to go for it or not. I am still a newbie when it comes to sales or just influencing the customer's decision when he is about to buy. I will read more and hope to improve my ability in sales and negotiation.
ОтветитьI really like this call. Good call handling by the representative.
Ответитьis there an example 2?
ОтветитьIt might be a setup but a couple of things do work in real life - assuming the sale, being nice and knowing your stuff.
Ответитьreal anti dnc customer 😂
ОтветитьShe's gorgeous
ОтветитьYqvar
ОтветитьHe sounds like Michael from GTA 5
ОтветитьWell, I've been selling over the phone for years and... things aren't always this smooth. More like never.
But a very cute and pleasant young lady nonetheless.
This was complete trash.
ОтветитьWhat a chilled out customer
Ответитьmy left ear enjoyed
Ответитьspeaking sounds are so relaxing
ОтветитьWhich CC is? I've never seen a costumer who gives you his information without asking you for it first
ОтветитьSENA :v
ОтветитьJohn Smith is the most common name of a customer used by call centers during mock calls.
ОтветитьHow to finesse 101😂😂😂
ОтветитьThat bitch is robotic as hell. lol
ОтветитьThis female is just action g the voice belongs to another agents
ОтветитьI had applied in a call center while I got a instant call from the company, As I picked the call they looked for Mr. Faisal, I got frightened as I heard there sound of voice, looks like British accent, made me scary to thought, the call from a north American country, but actually it’s a local call center representative, invited me for the interview procedure. Next day for interview went for 7X Communications, at that time i was not so perfect in English communication. While in interview I told them only my name, age only, because I could not able to speak or understand well aBritish Accent. And I just saw at there face what they tried to say to me later they asked me in Urdu that what salary I expected from them, I replied as you provide others.
While calling to UK, I always tried to introduce by my original name which’s very difficult to define in actual. Later I thought to change it into as there native name , I got Justin Bieber , near to there native name. Once I called to UK sector, and started “Hi this is Justin Bieber from UK compensation claim
and I just wanted to ask you very quickly if you can think of anyone you know who has had an accident? “ At stared he laughed, we got a call from Justin Bieber and I got smiled, all his friends started requesting for a song on the call. I learnt a lot from that call center.
Feels like a mock call..
ОтветитьNice roleplay
ОтветитьWhat variety of english used?
