Why would there be a baby room on second floor, if the master bedroom in downstairs? I would personally never have my baby sleeping on a different floor then me. I really hate floor plans with master bed on first floor.

These are gorgeous and the prices are amazing, but the thing about Texas in general is, they don't use block construction like they do in Florida. Any tornado that comes through and it's like bye bye house... Plus the heat. I think I'll stick to Florida.
