ОтветитьThis might be the coolest dude ever
ОтветитьGood stuff Andrew! Will try it out. Thank you!❤
ОтветитьUsing the jogwheel to tighten loops is only aviation on certain dj software and hardware. You cannot do this on every deck.
ОтветитьYour videos deserve millions of views. Much appreciated.
ОтветитьMan you’re videos always help so much! Thank you
ОтветитьThis might be better than Pete Tong DJ Academy.
ОтветитьWhere you guys buyin edited songs?
ОтветитьFirst I felt you were a little needy to buy that course, but then you said your were just so excited because it's your baby! There is nothing more beautiful than birthing a child from your soul. At that moment I felt you really put your heart into it! I bought your course and became a member of your tribe! Let's see where this takes me.
ОтветитьI Love your Videos
ОтветитьYou give really good advice. It's all too easy to effect up, especially with the popularity of James hype etc. But he has a specific audience which most learner dj's don't have.
Ответитьif i ever bump into you on a night out, your drinks are all on me. fk it, ill pay for ur uber and kebab too.
ОтветитьI’m new to DJn only started 8month ago, I do the odd stream on ere but mainly in Twitch, so any new tricks I can learn is super super super welcomed
ОтветитьHi! How are you?
Do you remember me?
Brother -Magic of your instruction is your humbleness. Thank you!
Ответитьi was looking for this for months!!! thanks!
ОтветитьVery good detail training. I will book your course on Xmas
ОтветитьWhat's the minimum controller a student should have to learn in your courses?
Ответитьdope
ОтветитьWhat deck is this?
ОтветитьWhen I use my DDJ 1000 to try and tighten the loop with the jog wheel, when I press the out button after creating my loop, it just doubles the loop length instead of allowiong me to adjust the loop length. Any way to change this?
Ответитьi love this man but he seems tuned to the moon
ОтветитьBig thanks for Portugal
ОтветитьI have been tightening loops even before I started using FX
ОтветитьHi Andrew, thanks for this, just tried on my new DDJ 1000 and when I pushed out the 2nd time it just doubled the loop and moving the jog wheel did nothing. Is it a settings thing or with the DDJ 1000 I need to use shift? Thanks
ОтветитьCool, Cool :) Love your vids. Keep it going dude, you rock! 🤟
ОтветитьRemember: Leave the "loop tightening mode" first before u backspin. lol.
ОтветитьIs there a way to do that with Traktor?
ОтветитьI miss your long videos. Love that face tho!
ОтветитьDarude sandstorm...
ОтветитьI find it hard to make a good selection of tracks and feel confident with it, any tips? 🥺
ОтветитьHi men, your channel is so cool! Thx for your work.
I'm french and my english isn't good, is it possible to activate the subtittles?
Anyway i'm beginner and your video help me a lot! don't stop !
Hey Andrew, it's great to have you back with these more detailed tutorial videos. Will look forward to plenty more. Big respect and always great to see your contagious passion and enthusiasm oozing through 🙂🔥👍
ОтветитьSuper tip! Used to Wonder how EDM DJs do it! Thank you Andrew ❤️
Ответитьis the jog wheel loop tighten function possible on the traktor s4 mk3?
ОтветитьI love being part of the club ready tribe... after i finished the course i now play at our local club and have loads of fun.... The teaching methods are so go it really does get you club ready.
ОтветитьThat’s exactly what I was looking for. Can that tightening be done on XDJ RX?
Ответить..back in 2003 this was a WOW effect on cdj's..we were having so much fun ...thanks for your videos!
ОтветитьCan I ask what the track was that was playing behind 'Whoomp!'? It sounded like one of Nick Skitz's 'Meet Her at the Love Parade' bangers.
Love the video. Just started practicing on my DDJ 400 and it's nice to see something I didn't realise about the loop buttons. I've been messing around with hot cue loops where it actually saves the loop already. What's your opinion on those or is it best to just loop on the fly?
Thanks again!
I watched your videos back in like 3 to 4 years ago... do you even age? 😂
ОтветитьAnother super video, well explained - thanks! You mentioned the importance of 'arrangement' a few times.. do you have/could you make a detailed video on that subject? I'm often wondering how to put together a long set, that's appropriate for the audience/venue, that has new tracks and 'old', that goes on a musical journey. For example the kind of 5+ hours sets that a dj like Hernan Cattaneo does - what is the process of putting that many tracks together, also when there are so many tracks potentially possible to play?
ОтветитьReally well explained and broken down. Thanks bro.
ОтветитьHey Andrew bro, how can I use this technique on Pioneer xdj r1? If you have time, please answer me. Respect 4 you n your love for teaching us all 👊
ОтветитьOnce again you own the best DJ advice! Cheers, helps loads 👌👍
ОтветитьGreat video, thank you :)
ОтветитьSounds absolutely great if you when you slice the loop right down to a tone you add trans on a 1/4 and then on the last bar or two add pitch on your fx and kill the speed with a tad of echo in there too!
Then as you get better you can do the trans affect by fader cutting, and bin the pitch on the fx and actually manually use the tempo slider to kill the speed just before the drop.
But I find the first example which I use is a super clean way of doing it.
Brilliant video, will help alot this guys the tension it builds like said.
We would love to do a live set for your radio. Your tutorials are awesome.
