I cant run it on Terminal. I try to change my macbook language but Terminal cant see my python files. What happened??

I tried typing python3 then dragging the file from my desktop and it still say's : [Errno 2] No such file or directory

When you 'quit()' in the shell does the memory get released?

How did you format your python file? My file says IDLE and doesn't give me the tabs on the side
