Thank you for sharing you recipe! My pork came out Crispy af perfect 🥹
ОтветитьThis meat must be cleaned. I soak mine in cold water, lemon and vinegar for 1 hour before seasoning it. I don’t trust meat that isn’t clean either. Ugh
ОтветитьI'm so happy with how this pork shoulder turned out. That was so tasty!! House smells amazing. I couldn't be happier
Ответить8 1/2 hours in an Oven, will cost about $8 in Electricity. I would have broiled it for a couple of hours to render all that Fat between the Meat and the Skin.
ОтветитьBought a half pork shoulder
ОтветитьInternal temp?
Ответитьliked in the first 10 seconds
ОтветитьWow thanks look easy I will try it!
Ответитьjesus. 5 minutes watching this guy rub salt on a ham
ОтветитьWhat were the three tablespoons of vinegar for?
ОтветитьAlso, why not cover it w/ Saran Wrap when putting in fridge overnight? Does it have to be UNcovered in the fridge???
ОтветитьSUGAR??? Why would I use sugar??? I low carb it (Keto) and will just stick to Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder and Cayenne pepper 🌶️
ОтветитьThis answered my question about roasting a picnic shoulder uncovered. For health reasons- to me- it’s beneficial to not have the meat lather in the grease that comes off of it….unless you’re drinking.
😂🍺🍷🍻🍾🍹🥂🥃👍💯
Excellent, I'll make this definitely,
ОтветитьThat’s all the seasoning you put on it? Salt and sugar? Yuck 🤢 no thanks and what about washing your meat ? Nasty 🤮. Where’s the ginger and garlic etc .
ОтветитьFantastic video! My father used to make great shoulder, but I had no idea how to even start. And he didn't crisp the skin like this. Thanks for your recipe!!👍🏾👋🏾
ОтветитьMy wife would stab me in the face if I crunched my food like that 😂
ОтветитьLooks delicious ,thanks for sharing your recipe
ОтветитьWait……you didn’t wash the meat
ОтветитьThe only time I enjoyed listening to somewhat eat with their mouth open.
ОтветитьBreathing heavy over there homie
ОтветитьI only trust the people that play with their meat while they cook 🍖
ОтветитьWINNER!
ОтветитьLooks great. Have you tried baking powder with the other ingredients. I use it all the time in the air fryer all the time to crisp up chicken skin
ОтветитьTHE WRITING IS TOO FINE. I CANNOT READ IT.
ОтветитьYou must season over night🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьIt's in the oven now and looking good. Can't wait till the end to see if goes crispy.
ОтветитьYummy fresh cracklings and good ham too. Thanks 😊 🎉
ОтветитьThe best video, easy and we can see exactly what you are doing. The sound of the crispy top is perfect. That’s all the sound I need to hear.
ОтветитьDon't you wash your meat first?
ОтветитьI am planning on using your recipe tomorrow, my shoulder is 14lbs, how long do you recommend ai cook it? Also what would you say about putting garlic cloves inside by piercing the meat?
ОтветитьWow, great recipe!
ОтветитьSo glad I came across your recipe. Just made a pork shoulder…house smells divine, and the meat is crispy and awesome! Thanks!
ОтветитьNever made one of these, but just prepped one, is in the fridge ready to go for tomorrow.
ОтветитьOk I have a 9.1 Lbs pork, so 8hours OMG, guess I am not eating pork tonight, Arghhh
ОтветитьI picked one of these up yesterday and gonna prep it tomorrow. Did you just go 8 hours at 275° without a temp probe or should there be an internal temp to shoot for? Thanks again for the video I can't wait to taste this sucker!!!
ОтветитьJust copied your recipe. Thank you for posting it.
ОтветитьI don’t trust people who don’t clean their meat before seasoning and cooking it 😖
ОтветитьWash the meat
Ответитьto add internal flavor I would spear garlic into it.
ОтветитьDamn you make me want to clean my oven now 🤦.
ОтветитьNice chopping block/cutting board.
ОтветитьWhen you remove it from the fridge, do you put it straight into the oven or do you let it come to room temp first?
ОтветитьThanks so much for the recipe and excellent camera work. I just found your channel and appreciate this format over the chatty ones.
ОтветитьVery nice super simple 💕
ОтветитьEverything looks great but I would have to clean the meat with lime and vinegar first…
ОтветитьI can taste it from HERE!
ОтветитьThe finish product looks very nice but I concer. I didn't see you wash the meat, you just remove from the package and prepared it for cooking?
ОтветитьDamn it 😩 if I would've waited and watched your video first, my pork roast butt could've came out like this! I had no clue how to make it and took a shot in the dark with it. It looks okay and hope it tastes good. I need to redo this but with your recipe! It looks so damn good and "hearing" that crunch had me starving. I'm saving this video for next time and will update when I try it your way.
