So what's it called when I wanna mirror what's on my tv to my phone and how can I do THAT?

when you turn tv on, yours said no signal. what is tv suppose to be on. mines is not connecting. i get the option but no pop up on tv to accept

I tried to mirror my iPhone to my Samsung smart tv wireless and It wouldn’t do it. I think you did a video on it long ago.
