Hi Tree Academy. I have a HTV 6 + Internet TV box android. Evertime I go to Google play store I keep getting. Couldn't sign in. Username and password don't match. Please try again.

I was able to flow your tutorial above and

Turned on Allow less security app.

But I still can't sign in to Google play store.

I'm still stuck. Can you give point me in other directions.

Do you know how I can speak to Google customer service by telephone or email.

Hi, thank you for sharing. It did not solve my problem though. The problem started after I started google family link and my son's account was put under my supervision. Then when we are using his tablet, it prompted to sign in... But cannot sign in... Stated username and password don't match. Tried recovery, change of passwords and all still won't work. Couldn't find any way to contact google support. Can't remove supervision in family link and cannot afford to delete his account as we had purchased quite a number of apps under that account for my son. Any idea how I can resolve my issue?

Thanks for the video but I don't find the "Allow less secure apps" button in the menu. Looks like Google has changed the menu.
