I worked in BD in a more niche market (energy consulting sector), and I'm always afraid that if I sent people too many emails, I'll be in the black list of these potential clients because they find me too annoying. The issue is that the sector here is quite small so people all know each other so I'll always be known as that annoying salesperson. Should I still do this follow up method?

Hey Patrick, I was once told by my manager that if you're trying to get a meeting with someone, don't have them schedule a meeting using a link bc it's extra work for them and that a better approach would be to just ask their availability.
