ОтветитьAt around 20 minute mark onwards, I noticed old mate was wearing a mask, however his wife wasn't wearing a mask. Does anyone know why?

Ответитьil sait tout faire!
Ответить18 x 22 Meter?
ОтветитьI SEE NOW WHY FOR HEAT PIPES .....
PIPES CLOG SOLID IN 20 -30 YEARS REDUCING /STOPPING ANY FLOW...
ie; NO HEAT... A LOOSE ROCK CISTERN UNDER FOUNDATION WHERE HOT AIR IS DUCTED FROM TDC OF ATTIC CIELING
THEN RCIRCULATED IN A REGULATED LOOP .... A DOUBLE OR FALSE BOTTEM CONTAINS LOOSE ROCKS SO IS 3-6 FEET DEEPER SO MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT CAN BE INCLUDED IN ADDITIONAL GEOTHERMAL HEATING OR A HEAT PUMP F0R THOSE X-TRA COLD NITES..... SO ITS LIKE STYROFOM CEMENT? I LIKE THANK YOU SUNNY DAYS 4 U 2....
G6Why was earth left in middle of foundation?
In center of foundation is dirt/MUD?
Nice buttcrack. You have successfully showcased it number of times along with your house. 👍🤣🤣
Jokes apart, wonderful design and craftsmanship! 👌👌
I must say very neat job! I loved how you and your wife worked together too! May I ask what is the name of the white blocks you use to build? Also can it sand up to rainy and sunny climate? I am interested in knowing?
ОтветитьComplimenti un bellissimo lavoro, tanti saluti dall' ITALIA!!!👋👋👋
ОтветитьAs a craftsman and engineer, I salute your achievements, especially the joy and courage with which you approach the task. You really can't beat that! I built my house myself, almost entirely by myself. It took a total of 3 years. In the beginning a lot of people helped me, but then it became less and less. At the same time, of course, I also had to help my helpers with their buildings again. So I worked in construction in my free time for almost 10 years. At the beginning it was fun.
However, you can't know and be able to do everything, although what you have achieved is amazing. But for reasons of sound insulation and statics, it would be better if you hadn't done some of the work, then your house would be even better.
1. Never drill through the supporting beams of your first floor for water pipes, but always hang them under the ceiling and then pull the ceiling down using battens and attach the ceiling to this batten. You even drilled through it at the end; this is where the highest bending moments in the wood are statically.
2. Please do not screw or nail the boards on the floor of your first floor. It would have been correct to place felt on the beam and then just lay the boards loosely. It would be better if you hadn't done the screws and the work. The screws transmit every step, which negates any sound insulation.
Still great work, kind regards from a craftsman and qualified engineer.
Never ever 640 qm… feet maybe— that’s 195qm - and than this MINI- Bathroom? 😢

ОтветитьHello
The video was very beautiful, but in terms of safety, it is very weak, and in my opinion, it does not pass the safety standards against earthquakes and wind, which are the most important parameters for building design and construction. Only the floor concrete had a good slump and there is a big problem that you did not connect the foundation to the wall and also the roof does not have a proper connection and it may not work properly against the wind. In addition, the construction site of the building has high humidity due to the environmental conditions, although it would have been better to use weak and low rebars with a height of at least 30 cm and porcelain stoneware, because in this environment there are excellent materials in the soil and it is harmful for the foundation.
Again, I apologize for this comment, but as a civil engineer, I do not approve this method, and if these problems exist in my work environment, I will definitely issue a demolition order.🙏🌹🥃
Thanks

>No skill.
