I really want to do more 1 hour pilates classes and your teaching style is so helpful but there are just 3 videos on your channel in this time of duration. Please create more hour long classes. ОтветитьFormer Olympic Speed skater, cyclist and powerlifter,. Now holding myself together well as a masters athlete all thanks to Nicole. Did my time with weights , knew that the time for more age appropriate exercises (pilates) would come. it has. I picked a couple off this channel to start, never looked back. .. Thanks Nicole. Maintaining raw strength, and muscle but way with more control, no niggles. Love the variety. Great Instructor. Thanks so much for creating this channel.

ОтветитьI have PCOS and pilates is supposed to be the best exercises to me because it keeps my cortisol low. this is the first time that I tried and though it was a little bit hard, I finish it all. I am happy, The movements wasnt that hard to follow as a newbie.
ОтветитьHi Nicole, Thanks for the sharing. it’s a wonderful full body workout. It won’t be too harsh and just on the point to pick it up. feel the pressure on the target muscle but not too demanding. Eventually could motivate me to repeat at least 4 times a week. Do your workflow for 2 months and my lower back pain is relieved a lot. thank you so much for your efforts. 😊

Can i ask you a question ?
If I do this workout twice a week and walk both days, will my legs get thinner. I'm afraid they will get thicker and a gym instructor told me that leg exercises done for more than 30 minutes will make them thicker, so I wanted to ask you. I want them to get thinner and firmer.
