I am prevented from disabling Auto-Lock using your suggestion because of this message on the Sign-In Options page:
"Authentication is required when this PC wakes from sleep. Security policies on this PC are preventing you from changing this setting."
Changing the policies with regedit or powercfg suggestions I've seen doesn't work.
I think that this behavior changed with latest Windows 10 update.
I was only able to prevent the auto-lock by implementing a powershell script that emulates a keypress every few minutes. :/
