How To Fix GTA Vice City Mouse Not Working in Windows 11

It worked for me but it ruined the quality now it look like I’m playing Minecraft

nothing works for the freelook 😭😭. But switching to another app using 3 finger swipe in the touchpad and switching back temporarily makes clicks possible. Once I resume and press esc then again clicks are not working too.
Edit: And The game launches minimized. and in the desktop also mouse is not shown. when i press up arrow, game window appears but clicking and freelook does not work

I bought the og GTA triology in the rockstar games store. Gta san andreas runs fine no problems but vice city mouse didn’t respond when clicking to select menu options. I can only move the arrow but when I try to move the camera nothing happens.

I tried this but got unhandled exception... can anyone help me on this ... ?

It didn't work for Windows 98 / Windows Me but it worked in Windows Vista somehow and mine is Windows 11 9th gen so I hope this might help you.✌️😎
