Longtime WF member , active cash has been great thinking about regular autograph instead
ОтветитьI like it….
ОтветитьThis card has me excited but really dislike the secondary insurance for rentals. That $50 airline credit blows Chase’s $50 hotel credit out the water
ОтветитьMEH!
ОтветитьLooks like a decent card but I’m disappointed that American Airlines isn’t a transfer partner.
ОтветитьI'm really suprised. This is a very strong offering from WF! Pooling points could make this a really great point earning setup (2x everything, the 3x almost everything on the autograph, then these with the journey). ** Unless there's a "1 Autograph" rule **. The $50 credit is super easy to use. I like it. The transfer partners aren't great, but that's okay. You could still get access to the big airlines through alliances, but the hotels are pretty lacking.
ОтветитьThe only issue with this card is that it is from Wells Fargo. I won't be getting it, but I'm glad it exists to put pressure on the other bigger players. Competition is good for all of us.
ОтветитьThey had me at 5x on hotels. I have the autograph and active cash. This will likely replace my altitude connect.
ОтветитьThanks for the info + video!
ОтветитьWells Fargo… pass
ОтветитьNEED more info on the Signify Business line. 😭
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьIf the $50 credit was for hotels instead of flights I think it would be worth it (for me). Don't fly enough to justify the annual fee without the statement offsetting it. Do love that they give you the multiplayers without having to book through a travel portal; that's big imo
ОтветитьIts not a bad card at all. Id be interested if there were more than 4 effective transfer partners. 6 total partners, with 3 that have a shared currency, just doesnt cut it.
ОтветитьNever a fan of cards with user fees.
ОтветитьWells Fargo and Bilt are coming out swinging
ОтветитьMeh.
ОтветитьNot a bad card. For my use I’d benefit more from the regular Autograph card if i had to choose between the two.
ОтветитьWish there was a good domestic airline partner
ОтветитьNot 🚫 feeling this credit card either 😉
ОтветитьMixed bag it seems for this card. Can’t wait for the 6 month and 1 year review of is this worth it.
Ответитьwhen you book directly you can log loyalty points AND get the card multipliers cant you? i kinda like this than travel partners. even though its likely they add bilt partners over time any way.
ОтветитьTransfer partners could be better (and should get better), but I think people are really sleeping on this card. This plus the $0 normal Autograph could pair VERY well with the C1 Venture X/SavorOne Duo. For a combined AF of $490, you'd get 10X on Uber/Uber Eats, 5X on Hotels, 4X on Flights, 3X on Restaurants, Supermarkets, Gas Stations, Transit, Other Travel, Entertainment, and Streaming, and 2X on General Spend, not to mention the various C1 portal bonuses. If you care more about straight up points accumulation from spend than perks or coupon book credits, this is a far cheaper way of maximizing that compared to anything Chase and especially AmEx can offer. I mostly transfer to Flying Blue and Avios as it is, so this is a no-brainer add for me personally.
ОтветитьOnce we get data points, using the airline credit like United Travel Bank like Platinum card. Double dip. 5x MRP on that and 5% on $50 credit assuming it isn't like the CSR only get points after threshold. Either way if it works easy $50 annual credit for effective annual fee $45.
Thank you, sir!
No portal is great!! No lounge access pass though :/
Ответить1X extra for flights compared to the Autograph card for $95 fees , Not worth it!
ОтветитьI got the regular Autograph last June, thought "no way wells fargo makes these points be transferable in the future, i'll cash them out", and since then have cashed out close to 50k Autograph points (including the SUB).
fast forward to now, crying a little bit on the inside
March 6, 2024 Thank You.
ОтветитьI'm new to credit cards. Why are transfer partners a big deal? Do they offer a better redemption value than 1:1?
ОтветитьIMO Venture X at $95 a year after flight credit blows this away. Basically $95 a year unlimited lounge access.
ОтветитьWF will do anything to get new customers.
WF use to dominate the area where I live with 8 locations & now down to 3 because people got feed up with their hidden fees.
I just left them after 40yrs because they wasn’t making things easy for me to take my Mother off my account. It was easier for me to switch banks but they made it hard for me to close my account. They didn’t tell me this but I found out I can close the account online without taking my dying Mother in.
I’m glad I left because new to this year they were going to charge me $10 if I have less than $500 in my account. Also going to charge me $2 to mail me a bank statement. They even put a restriction of how much I could take out each day.
Don’t they know I have Medical problems & on SSI. I can’t help it if I go below $500 especially now with inflation. That $10 can add up & I need it to take care of myself.
I guess I don't get it,,, the regular autograph has better points categories than this new card and I do not think this card is any better than the CSP. I will be sticking with Chase and not having to worry about Wells Fargo's past history as baggage.
ОтветитьI never thought I would ever get a Wells Fargo Credit Card but I like what this card is offering. I'm intrigued.
ОтветитьIt’s nice that you can transfer points from other WF cards, but no domestic travel partners 🫤
ОтветитьWhat do you think of the "condtion" posted on Doctor of Credit website: "If you’ve opened a Wells Fargo card in the last 16 months, you can’t get the sign up bonus on another card. It’s important to note you can get one personal and one business per 16 months." Is ther a way to verify that 16 month wait period quoted?
ОтветитьWhat horrible transfer partners. Such a disappointment. Won’t be getting.
ОтветитьNot enough benefits compare to chase sapphire preferred $95.
ОтветитьWF cc is stingy in giving increases on credit limits. I have been a long time customer and pay my cc on time, I’ll pass. Chase products are more appealing to me.
ОтветитьCan I transfer my WF lines of credit to a different Credit Card company. I want out of WF. WF only cares about new customers.
ОтветитьWatch them come out with Dinning Autograph
ОтветитьYeah it’s a no for me
ОтветитьIt's a nice looking card
ОтветитьTis a card of great journey, with rewards so fine, perfect for a Leprechaun, to dine and to wine. With each tap and each swipe, his points do accrue, for pots of gold, or a flight to skies blue.
ОтветитьJust joining team points. Which setup would you recommend between WF and chase? WF just announced the journey card.
ОтветитьI wonder if the credit will work with United travelbank
ОтветитьGreat video! I just got off my wellsfargo account. Under the business credit section, it took me to a page stating that in the coming months, they will be adding a new credit card on the business side. Exciting news for sure.
ОтветитьWhat surprised me was that this was the first Visa Signature Card with $1000 Cell Phone Protection. Beating the Capital One Venture X and Chase Freedom Flex(To a Certain Extent). Too bad there's no 3x Category for Cell Phones.
Ответитьwhat they pull from
ОтветитьWhat I dont like is that car rental insurance is secondary, for a $95 annual fee
Ответить
