How To Port Forward For A Minecraft Server

i did all that in my router settings and inbound rules and outbound rules and my friends still cant join i gave them my public ip addres and its not working pls help! @Voizdev

when I type the deafault gateway into google I just get a "this site can't be reached" error message

i literally cant do this because i dont know the password because the one on the router doesnt work and i cant change the password because it says i need the default one thats on the router but it says that password is wrong so i have to have the password to change the password but i wouldnt need to change the password if i had it already, this is so fucking stupid

Hello, My friends still cant join.I did port forwarding and created the rules from the firewall + closed my firewall while running it.I created a server before and worked but it got deleted.I changed the port because it might be stuck for the 25565 port i change it to 15575 but still nothing is working.Whenever My friend tries to join the server it says no further connection which means the server inside my network is open but for them its closed.Please help me I have been trying to fix this for over a WEEK.'
