ОтветитьFor all GDI system. As long as the fuel ejectors are exposed to combustion, carbon will tend to build up at the holes of the ejectors and also at the back of the valves. There's no solution but sending the car for constant flashing to cleanup the carbon. Not to mention about the frequent failure of high pressure fuel pump. Nothing lasts longer in high pressure.
However things are different in port injection system. It's abandoned these days because car makers think that the system is too inefficient to generate more power.
Nope they got it all wrong. Because most port injection are using a common carburator to distribute atomized fuel to the rest of the cylinders. This is wrong.
The fact is port injection system is the best concept but the entire car industry got it all wrong since the beginning. We don't need high pressure fuel pump as deployed in GDI. We don't need to flush the engine, and no complicated and with many parts which are causing huge amount of repair and maintenance costs.
A new revolutionary port injection system will solve all the problems. If I can do it, so should all the experts.
By the way drop the turbo charger. It's the dumbest idea. Nothing works well in high temperature.
Supercharger with speed control without linking to the engine should be the right way. This will cut off the supercharger when the engine is in idle mode. Allowing the engine to run in the lowest rpm and avoiding unnecessary burning of fuel.
People must start to think out of the box. Just because everybody is doing the same thing doesn't mean we should follow.
