This worked! Had to find how to change it to advanced settings first. New layout then this video. No you do not need Coinbase Pro even. You click on the 'More' tab on the left. Switch to advanced settings. And I paid less and got more Cardano. Good job Jerry 🎉

Hey, so I know about a year ago, Coinbase Pro access changed big time. They wanted us to subscribe to a Monthly membership, and it was something like $14.99 a month. Now, that was more than I was willing to pay at the time, so I stopped paying it.

Anyway, I would submit maybe 25-50 trades a day @ peak of the 21’ cycle. So, I was able to take advantage of Coinbase pro for free, where making a trade COST 💲.01-.05 MAX.
I wasn’t paying more than 5 CENTs per trade.

Now, Like you said, they are a business, and we understand they have to eat as well. But even back then I couldn’t fathom paying $2 for a $50 trade, when COINBASE PRO WAS RIGHT THERE, and way easier to view data. Everything about it was a no-brainer. Why pay $2 when I can pay 2 cents for literally an identical trade.

Anyway, this is wonderful, because I didn’t even know about this option in specific. You are going to help a great number of average Joes like myself. 🎉🎉 💸🤑💰💵💴

Thank you for this Jerry! Why doesn't coinbase just keep a fixed fee all across their platform? The fact that theres a 90% difference in fee for the exact same thing and they aren't telling everyone this seems like those who don't know are getting ripped off / conned.

This is a bit deceptive. The exchange works only if you already have crypto on the exchange. Yes the fees are substantially lower once you have onboarded crypto, but getting crypto onto the exchange is where coinbase makes their money. If you need to add crypto from your bank account there is no way to avoid that fee.

but they apply insane taxes for to add TETHER and less for USDC

It's less fres because they charge $300 more per butcoim transaction no matter the price. They put an algorithm in there to charge you 300+ more than what you're buying it for. Happened to me 3 times
