ОтветитьI'm pretty sure I caught a Charlie horse in my glute. After finishing Iron I thought this would be easier but no... I will keep working to see if I can complete this without pausing one day
ОтветитьI actually said a prayer for my glutes! 🙏 🍑. This one really hurts but boy do I feel good now.. going for a walk in the rain later ( no excuses today) Hopefully summer will come soon 😎🌤️☀️

ОтветитьI love this series and have been doing it for months, but on this particular video I still have to pause it a lot between exercises because the transition times are all over the place. Sorry, but I can’t move to the chair with my dumbbell and get that band on and be ready to go with good form in the time allowed right after sumo squats. I always have to pause it and it’s frustrating. Otherwise, all these videos are great and I’m seeing fantastic results. 😊

ОтветитьI've recently become aware of some inefficiencies in my form so I spent a big chunk of this workout really trying to focus on different cues and trying to teach my muscles to do the same movements sligtly differently.
It is proving quite challneging, but I'm hoping that doing this will translate to more longevity of movemnt and less discomfort in future. It's tough because my body is so used to certain movement patterns, but I'm hoping to see some improvemnts in alignment and strength.
Thanks a mill, Caroline! This was a tough one.
