The last channels video is a video of dirt, but it looks like the dirt has been digges up, to confirm that you Can see the shovel in the backround. And i suggest that the reason he/she put the missing paper on the dirt is Because thats where the missing person is buried.

I reverse image searched Debra's photo and immediately was brought to the Alabama site for the Jackson County Sheriff's Office. Her name isn't Debra Watkins. It's Ashley Faith Suiter and she went missing in Tennessee in 2016. She was only 16. After April 22nd of 2016 there was no other news about her disappearance. That explains why the page was deleted. Because the info wasn't accurate.
