I have diploma in architecture from bangladesh can i apply in university or can i do job?
too dark
ОтветитьI like the house but it doesn't seem to have much lighting except for sunlight coming in through the windows and it also doesn't seem to have much furniture. Most of the places to sit are built in and they are not very comfy. They have very thin cushions. I like the built in seating areas, especially with the thoughtful accessories, and it's cool that people can sit on the stairs and in the built in areas in the main living area, but I think there needs to be a few comfy chairs and some lamps or ceiling fixtures too. Maybe floor pillows or soft ottomans you could scoot up against the wall with some back pillows would be appropriate. I would replace the picture in the kitchen with a modern TV that allows art to be displayed when it isn't in use, and put a soft large ottoman with pillows or a small couch in the living room in place of the TV in there, or you could even have a custom couch made by getting a large upholstery covering made and putting mattresses in it; even foldable mattresses are available, and use could even use them as extra beds if you wanted to. I like the plants. I also like that there doesn't seem to be many glass or breakable items or sharp items in the home. IDK if most homes kind of add the metal and glass objects to round out the aesthetics of the glass and metal light fixtures they normally have or something, but it seems like it would be more soothing not to be surrounded by so much of that. Maybe this house would be better if it had lighting that didn't involve glass and metal fixtures and instead involved LEDs, or back lighting, candles? or perhaps mirrors, or even areas of glossy paint to reflect light around.... I guess getting natural light is the idea, but I don't think there is enough of it in the house, personally. I think the staircase is very interesting. I like the way the space is used with the help of the spiral stairs. It's a nice arrangement, but it wouldn't be that safe for older people. I think an elevator, although more expensive, would be better in the long run if you intend to never move. It would not only make it easier just to move around the house, but it would also make it easier to move things around the house, like groceries, garbage, laundry, and even furniture and other large items you might end up needing. It would probably be perfect to place it in the corner of the large spiral staircase in the future. If you're going to go to that extent, I would take advantage of the fact there isn't a lot of existing light fixtures and make them wall sconces or lamps or something that can be easily reached without having to stand on dangerous ladders or something. But the house is a nice design the way it is, as long as the people living in it are able to safely move around it, and I think it's very aesthetically pleasing.
ОтветитьI see creativity and the ability to live in what, to me, seems very cramped spaces. But where is their storage? No robes or furniture in the bedrooms other than beds. Very little storage in the kitchen, etc.
Overall, though, a great solution to building on a very small footprint.
Discipline vibes.
ОтветитьThere’s actually more light than appears in this film, allowing for eye adjustment.
ОтветитьWow, 45 sq meters of land and he even found space to put a parking spot. Considering the small foot print there's a lot of dining space, kitchen space and a large bathtub. Very well planned out.
ОтветитьI like that it only has little light. I like the aura it gives the home space.
ОтветитьHola, demasiado oscuro el departamento y no se visualiza todo.
ОтветитьSome greenery and plants would add a lot.
Ответить"Privacy is ensured by distance" well I don't see how. Even by japanese standards this home is near unlivable. Love the living area but the bedrooms are just a artist's view.
ОтветитьYou can tell straight people did the interior design...
ОтветитьMore windows needed….still dark. Everything else is excellent.
Ответитьit's interesting that the owner didnt show the ground floor which Im not sure if it's by mistake or purposefully done.
Aparting from the bathroom is 2 floors away from the main bedroom which I find is maybe not ideal, the concept and indoor/outdoor space exchange is very nice!
But in general, I love the designing thoughts put into the project, it matches my style preference of living in terms of space scale.
This video failed to give me a good feel for the space. A simple video walk through the entire space would have been helpful.
ОтветитьI love the design, but there are no sound blockers if there are no doors. So there's no efficient privacy.
ОтветитьI personally would cover the grey metal net of the terrace balustrade with plants greenery and flowers.
As it is now, it feels far too industrial and void of any beauty. Unlike the house interiors which instead are attractive and looking comfortable.
Absolutely gorgeous! i would love to live in a place like this.
ОтветитьI quite love the feel of this home. Amazing how much seclusion, or privacy, it seems to allow for each family member. Looks like many small, intimate spaces can be experienced throughout the home. This is what I appreciate about it.
Ответитьinteresting design
ОтветитьDulce refugio

ОтветитьNishiazavu!!!!!!
Yes, i knew that it must exist!
Back in 1987 a hungarian film was produced, called Macskafogo (catsville).)in this story the mice get tired of the agressive cats and they decide to take a revenge. They commission a karate-practicing Mouse called Grabowski to go to Japan and collection the plans of a cat-catching machine, planned by the genius japanese Mouse Profesor Niazaki who lives in Nishiazavu :)
When i heard it i had a time travel! I love the Macskafogo! :) thank you thank you :)
By the way the design is also fantastic
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ответитьactually just adopt me!! i hope to work with great architects this craft is so demotivating and depressing makes me actually wanna quit it's just a business now
ОтветитьNot the best presentation of the project, no to mention that the "old house" so much spoken about was not shown at all, I didn't get an idea of the apartment, neither I understood how they resolved the problem with light, to me it's still dark
Ответитьvery nice design, but the video work makes it less than idea to follow along, all these static shots. It would have been SOOO much nicer to have a walkthrough experience with a wide angle lens
ОтветитьONE QUESTION! Do children need to pass through the bath room? There's no privacy
Ответитьthat guy is an AI for sure
ОтветитьI love it. I love how the Japanese people arrange their homes and gardens. ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьGenius!
ОтветитьLovely
ОтветитьNYC needs to apply this type of design for small studios.
ОтветитьHandsome architect.
ОтветитьI love this house's all of moods.
ОтветитьWould make a superb tiny house ideas for houses with extra backyard
Ответитьsuch a dark depressing house
ОтветитьI'm sorry but this design is terrible! Where do the parents sleep and have their privacy ?!
ОтветитьI love how simple yet practical your space is! ✨🙌
ОтветитьNice but no proper walkthrough in the video. Could not get a sense of it.
ОтветитьStill appears to be a little dark...perhaps even gloomy. Nevertheless a good effort. G'day from 🇦🇺 Australia boomerang 🪃 😊
ОтветитьHuge respect for the Japanese: this is a nation that values space, makes the most wonderful, practical use OF it - and creates things out of tiny areas that are beautiful, well-ordered and almost..spiritual. I am a textile artist, living in New Orleans, and my pieces are all small, so I dearly love tha concept of miniature/limited/scaled down, etc...
ОтветитьI love how rich the textures of all the surfaces are and how the dim lighting enhances them even more. Also love how haphazardly the arrangement of the wall arts are placed. So poetically shows the life utilises the spaces.
ОтветитьArchitectures.
ОтветитьThe kitchen looks very! dark.... most of the house looks very dark 😮😮 i couldn t live in it because i am person how needs the light
ОтветитьGenius archtectural solutions! I am sharing this video with a renowned architect friend, as I am certain she will admire the work. Thank you for this insight into your home.
Ответитьhow clever
