Shenshan Masterplan by XO, LAB, RSD

Masterplan proposal for the new Shenshan city, a 4.0 satellite of Shenzhen. 650.000 inhabitants over 52km2 area along the world longest pedestrian route, connecting bullet train station on the north with the beaches at the south.
The Pearl River Delta is presently getting greater and smarter every day, and we are excited to be a small part of the history in making. Learning from the urban scale of Shenzhen, the proposal for the new city is dubbed as half Shenzhen.
