This is very disappointing. Gst on food grains will lead to heavy inflation. Small businesses are fighting to survive. They are killing poor peoples only by putting their vito powers. No one is opposing. We common peoples will be deleted from the map of india very soon. Sirf hindu aur muslim karne se kuch nahi hoga. They are eating the common man silently. Lic is an example. Very confusing and complicated one has to take a class of one year to understand the problem clearly.

So if manufacturer sell in packing of 25 kg or less then also gst applied?

Sir it's now written that we have to take the defination of retail packaging from the act infact it's clearly written that it's applicable on the retail packaging in terms of legal metrology act
Please don't spread false information

If a 30kg package is sold by manufacturer to wholesaler, and wholesaler then repacks into retail packaging of 1/2/5kg and sells to retailers and then to consumers.
Please explain taxability for manufacturer.

In such case will GST be applicable for HORECA and Industrial Catering? In Industrial Catering if they sell the cooked food at consetional prices and HORECA definitely they raise a GST Invoice even they would demand for a GST Invoice in their procurement, is my understanding correct?
