This song has a special place in my heart, maybe because I had my own Jack. Just like he did with Rose, he saved me from jumping to the ocean, he encouraged me to live passionately, and sadly also despised by my mother. He didn't die, but we've seperated. But everytime I see the last scene of Rose meeting Jack under the clock, I'll always remember him.

It kills me knowing Celine Dion wasn't a huge fan of this song.

I know everyone has their own taste and opinions, and when it comes to music. Her opinion has more weight than mine.

But just the melody of this so h is so beautiful(and i say this as a pure metalhead).

It just blows my mind that someone like Celine, who has such a great ear for music could hear this and be like "meh"
Lol.
It could also just be pure nostalgia that makes me think this song is more incredible than maybe it really is.
But it gives me chills every single time.
