Galaxy S23 Ultra vs iPhone 14 Pro Max Camera Test After Updates (Daytime)

What do you think about the Galaxy S23 Ultra Camera after the software update? Better than the iPhone 14 Pro Max or did Apple come out on top?

If you put vivid mode on. iPhone then its will look almost same as s23 ultra

The iPhone apparently seems to have the better video quality while the Samsung has the photo quality (even though just by a bit, cause in some cases it depends and the photos end up looking better in the iPhone but generally the Samsung wins (not against the 15 Pro Max tho))

Danny I love your work you have done there. But you really need to judge the photos from a good professional 4K monitor. I am watching the video with a professional 4K monitor and I can see a lot of differences between these two phones. Generally the iPhone 14 Pro looks a lot better.

S23 Ultra surpass iPhone 14 Pro Max in most areas but... for me would be the iPhone mainly for the selfies camera and sociel media and other apps. Right now I'm using S23U, and before I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

I prefer darker shadows . I think over brightening of shadows make things look fake

I think you're based against the iPhone. In normal settings the iPhone has sharper images and smasung is soften, but it sem you've reversed the facts.

The s23 looks better but iPhone isn’t bad at all. These are great but the s23 has the zoom which helps a lot when you take group photos and zoom in

I love Samsung, I just hate how distorted my photos and videos look to everyone else on social media.

I don’t care what anyone says, the Samsung craps on the iPhone. I’ve had my IPhone for about a yr now, and I HATE iPhones camera. Sure it takes decent pictures, but only at 50 megapixels. One big thing for me is the ability to zoom in on things, because a ton of cool things happen at a distance. The fact that you can only zoom in 3x before quality suffers big time is sad. And the other big thing no one talks about is the ability to get into settings quickly AND the different modes/options you have.

I was on Samsungs last 10 years, but i have Iphone too. every one of my Samsungs after one year of use turns out to glitchy crap, with even worst picture quality. It never will happens to Iphone.

Im glad youre talking about the reflections on iPhones ... its unacceptable they still have those for that price, yet most "reviewers" dont even mention them. I dont use my IP14 for that reason lot of times, since therres just light everywhere even if the overall video is better.
