Why Children Don't Listen! How to get children to pay attention when you speak!

No, when I say they don't listen, I mean they literally do not listen. If they are FORCED to use their ears and brains, suddenly they're super cooperative and obedient. I literally mean that they DO NOT LISTEN. One of them literally just came and asked if they were grounded from trespassing, and why they can't do it. We have talked about trespassing at least once a week for 6 months! We have covered it from every angle, and she listened to none of it.
That's just the biggest example during the past week. Neither of them listen, but the younger one literally never listens, never pays attention, and is perpetually oblivious. She is in serious physical danger at least once a week because she refuses to listen, ever.

How can we help when they’re in school? My daughter gets in trouble for talking too much.
