Fun fact there’s a chance of getting this much much earlier in the game before their relationship is as developed and kratos has a completely different tone when he says boy. Here it’s much gentler and more like a “I can’t believe you said that” while earlier in the game it’s more in a “do not ask that question again” tone

The fact we really learn why he’s blue in Ragnarok and the way Sindri answers sounds like it’s factual, makes me wonder how long he told himself that to make it sound convincing.

I could have SWORN Sindri was disgusted at Brok LICKING his tools, not just touching them with his bare hands. And that it was ingesting the silver, not just touching it, that dyed his skin. Is there an alternate version of the line, or a rewrite, or am I just crazy?

I know it’s been said to death but Krato’s “boy” here is just perfect. It’s not angry it’s not cold, it’s very Dad, you can hear the embracement but also can hear a bit of amusement at the fact his kid asked such a blunt question. Also it’s one of the only times Kratos is being sort of warm with his son.
