If you notice they seemed to be kinda bugged in that they look unique when in first person but they look like ordinary spike dusters in the inventory when equiped.

the weird guy reminds me of the strange man from red dead redemption, they both know things about you and they also both care about your decisions and most of all you find them both staring off into the distance on some sort of cliff
