So I usually dont do this, but I had to pounce on this one. I kinda put together a genderbent closet cosplay based off Tekkens latest addition 🤷🏾‍♂️ But this doesn't feel like a cosplay for me at all. It's kinda like, a welcome back gesture. When I checked out #lidiasobieska launch trailer, I just couldn't resist. I got so amped seeing her perform (which I'm gonna safely assume) Kanku Dai Kata. And what really had me sold was when she closed her eyes and executed the bunkai (kata applications and interpretation) against the other tekken fighters in her mind!! Bravo Namco, BRAVO 👏 👏

This is why Tekken will always be the GOAT of fighting games to me. They are so thorough with their details in not just the characters, but in the arts. There have been fighting games in the past would say characters represent certain styles of martial arts and you really didn't see that style at its best. Tekken has always delivered. From Taekwondo to Karate, wrestling to Aikido. This is like a video game version of what UFC use to be! 😅😅
