I watched this in my character strong in my middle school my dad is in a wheel chair and it hurts me the things that happens with him. he’s the best most loving father ever.❤ i could never replace him. This film just represents what they go through how they can’t get made fun of and why they don’t get friends. Kids stare at my dad, they don’t know what it is. But i will always know i love him so much and i don’t want anything to happen to him. Thank you ian!❤❤

I'm stuck in a wheel chair of sorts, with a fear of speaking aloud, and meeting new people in the real world. Here I I feel free to speak, but should feel like I might want to meet new people, I then feel like I am stuck behind that fence. It's a barrier like that fence for that kid was one. Each time I get the chance all I will likely say is hi or hello along the path I sometimes walk, but I don't say anything more. The fence for me is my own shyness with added fear that recent events have only enhanced to be worse off.

I’ve been disabled for a year now, (unknown cause it’s gonna take months to heal because health care can be shit in the UK. Stop saying it’s good.-) so I don’t find this sad the saddest part about being disabled is feeling like a burden and the humiliation not fitting in. That’s the worst of it. I want to walk again I really do but who knows I might be like this forever and maybe that’s okay. When they start treating disabled people more like humans and not something to pity, we just well, exist. Doesn’t help that I have autism and every bump I go over hurts the leg. To death. I’ll be back to edit if my leg gets fixed.
