Dark Souls 3 : Overpowered "Strength" Early (Exile Greatsword)

I wanna follow this but I'm having a super hard time.

Is there mid/late game version of this? Dancer is kicking my ass

I prefer great machete after that Fume Ultra

I actually just started a strength playthrough and decided to get Vordt's Great Hammer as my main weapon. I have since leveled up my strength stat enough to be able to weild it with a good shield and also have leveled up my vitality (I know, shut your mouth, I can do what I want) enough so that I can wear decent armour along with it. I gotta say, I'm having a blast destroying bosses early game. I normally have trouble with the catacombs but in a strength build everything changes, some bosses will be done with in 13 hits. It may be rough early game but leveling up isn't as complicated as with magic builds and dexterity builds so everything will fall into place after you kill Vordt.

on both of my play-throughs, those guys would just randomly fall down the chute after I had left the area only come back and find the items on the floor lol

Looking for tutorial and how to do this, not simply watch somone simply show off thier build.

my exile gs is just a +9 with raw gem, pair it with any armor type (below 70% weight ratio ofc) and you can just spam light attack then when health is low and you still have a bit of stamina go for a hard attack

I start out with warrior for the extra strenght why can't you!?

You can kill a Dancer, go to Painting World, farm Large titanite, go to Lothric Castle and farm Chunks there and in PW.
And you come to Sage and Legion of Farron with +10 weapon)

Still works in 2019 ;) just played through the game using a strength build and this sword. Its still one of the best Strength Weapons and you can get it very early. Everything till Twin Prince was pretty easy since you do soo much raw damage. And first time i killed Dancer on SL37 1st try(using this sword helped ton .) The problem with Lothric Twin Princ is that you get hit a lot since the attack animation is slow. Upside is that you can stagger and riposte with this weapon so 1st phase is over pretty fast. Overall i d say this is still one of the best early weapons in the game and you can finish the game with it easily

How is this weapon dark infused?
Or would a heavy infusion+dark blade be better?
