ОтветитьI am on day 18. Day 2&3 were the hardest. It gets a bit easier after that. I can see more definition. Fantastic excercises. I feel energised.

Al dia hago 1 hora de estos ejercicios y media hora de cardio y de gluteos
Lo hago cayendo la tarde o sino de noche
This one is for reals intense! Even with the tiny breaks in between it gets you burning :') that ab hold at the end got me sweating.
