well..seems that the russian military is "learning"on the way..and did not forsee there wld be urban fighting in the ukraine cities..
only now, on day 4 are these being put forward..
This shows (1) that russia invasion is not going as rapid as they had forseen.
(2) this, in cities in ukraine of this moment, with MANY civilians ..even when there is a clutter of ukraine military at a somewhat precise location WILL lead to many civilian deaths. this is OBVIOUSLY at this EARLY stage a WARCRIME instrument.
note the awful short range 3.5 km...and the high rise buildings in the big ukraine cities..this could only be "used" convincingly at the EDGE of the cities...anything DEEPER in the city and the missiles hit all and every other building but NOT the exact place of target on the ground..or at best a main artery crossing..but crossings are not defended in the middle..
Alternatively the thing is deployed in urban warfare at EVEN CLOSER range..pointblank at 1 km....but THAT means these babies are VERY vulnerable for counter attacks and strikes....the russian operators for sure will get executed on the spot..
