Vonda you are cocky as hell
ОтветитьGente que mulher burra. Largou o emprego de 70000 por ano para ganhar 30 e não pagar pensão.... Deus é mais!
ОтветитьSad that I would bring themselves down to a lower level of education or a job just to get out of paying child support to their child. Texas has a law now she may go get another job.
ОтветитьI don't like how she ruled in that case. It was unfair. It's the man's responsibility to do major providing for the kids.
ОтветитьEmotional distress I need you to go see a doctor 😂😂😂😭😭😭💀☠️
ОтветитьMam you made that up 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI love this Judge
ОтветитьSo let's say you intentionally got a lower paying job so you could have more flexible schedule to spend time with your child. In this situation it wasn't the case, but what about the scenario in question?
Ответитьreally bad acting.
ОтветитьUnbelievable. She actually thinks that she can work a $30K job instead of the $70K job because of stress? Everyone has stress. It's called go see a therapist. At $70K/year she can afford it. You do not get to intentionally drop your higher paying job just because you're having a hard time and screw your ex-husband and child in the process. She actually thinks she's entitled to do that. Just wow.
ОтветитьI am a woman and I wonder if the judge was totally right? 🤔
ОтветитьA corporate job was more stressful than running a register? That’s precious!
ОтветитьThat look says it all. See if that check shows up at the 1st of the month. Girl you will be back in court again. The most she will see for not paying child support is 30 to 90 days in jail. The only way he is going to see any money is garnishment of her wages. A percentage is taken out each week. I've seen this happen to men where I work.
ОтветитьDid nobody notice how the lady with the blue eyeshadow was in the back from a different episode
ОтветитьHad he left his job with high pay for a lower job he'd be in trouble
ОтветитьGOTCHA BISH.....lol
ОтветитьI get that she left intentionally but how is this legal? She's allowed to leave a job for any reason. And as someone who works in the healthcare system, I know emotional distress can be overbearing and debilitating. This judge is entertaining but incredibly bias
Ответить🤣
ОтветитьThis is the first ever episode that I watched from Judge Vonda that got me into the whole thing of child support. It's rather interesting to see the reasons people try to get out of caring financially for their offsprings. PS - I love how some episodes you can see other cases that I know were covered in another episode relating to child support. That lady wit the make up and afro hair - her story is just as hilarious too! LOL
ОтветитьI like her but. She was wrong.
ОтветитьDid he say this child is like 5 years old lol
ОтветитьMy mother did something like this too, when in court, she got my dad to pay more child support by purposely not working.
ОтветитьDont you just love an entitled bitter woman.
ОтветитьI like the fact that she is fair to both sides and doesn't put up with any shenanigans. They're in trouble when she sips her tea.
ОтветитьShe should be in jail
ОтветитьYou work a convenience store while going to school for your Masters. Once you get it you leave the convenience store job and go work where your Masters or your degree will do the most good for you, not the other way around to where you are trying to cheat someone.
ОтветитьI rather be stressed while making 70k than be stressed while making 30k. Is easier to be less sad when you can get therapy, a manicure, sushi, and vacations.
ОтветитьSomebody is not happy....
ОтветитьThat is not a mother. Making herself purposefully, impoverished to avoid paying child support??!?!
What a horrible human being!!!
She can’t manipulate the judge which is making her act like a teenager sulking
ОтветитьHigher-paying job comes with higher stress. Lots of people go to lower-paying jobs or a lower position to not take that stress, have burnout and like me, I don't want to take my boss's job because it comes with huge stress and no personal time, and huge responsibility. Court punishing her for that doesn't seems right
ОтветитьMaster degree and now working as cashier.....wtf this women only changed jobs so she doesnt have to pay child support 😅😅😅😅
ОтветитьReducing your meal to make someone else grow lean only to realize that the other meal you forfeited is added to your intended recipient of your wickedness… which you now suffer😂😂🤦🏽♂️
ОтветитьThis doesn’t make sense, she is emotionally not able to. I usually agree with the judge but not today being in this situation myself! Life takes a beating!
ОтветитьShe sucked the most D to get to the top - GREED / LUST
she didn’t want to pay her share so she jumped off back to the bottom - GREED / PRIDE
The look on her face ❤ priceless / justice
LOVE IT😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьOnce again, the law is served 👍
ОтветитьIsn't it a bit unfair? Yes she was having good paying job, but probably she had to sacrifice so other things to fulfil her duties. Now she wants to redo her life, release stress, get normal working hours. But she is judged by her "potential earnings" ? What if her marriage was destroyed and father got custody because she "was never home", "was only working and didn't have time for child and husband". And now You say that she is not permitted to changed her life? So she must stay forever a slave to corporate work?
ОтветитьI feel this judge is my friend ❤
ОтветитьI love how this judge just gets straight to the point.
Ответитьyou people are just .... , A woman should not pay any child support no matter the situation , this is Islamic rules .
ОтветитьIs it a marriage ring he's rubbing? Poor guy
ОтветитьThat man looked... destroyed. Looking down at the table, avoiding eye contact. Quick to respond politely with "ma'am". She broke him...
ОтветитьA lot of men do this too. They leave good jobs so they don't have to give more in child support but the only person they are hurting is their children
ОтветитьDOES one quit a $70 k job just to spite one's ex in child support? I don't think so. I mean, because she'd be giving up a LOT MORE than she'd be saving in child support, especially if she was only paying $900 a month, so that doesn't make any sense. Not being able to handle the stress of the job? That is actually more believable, and it was even mentioned. And does the law allow a judge to base support payments on the idea that she COULD have a $70k job if she wanted to, or are support payments based on actual income?
ОтветитьThis gives me hope. I'm a corporate job holder with 6-figures trying to divorce a man that refuses to work and refused to work for 15 YEARS OF OUR MARRIAGE! Now he wants me to pay him a ton of support money so he can continue to not work.
ОтветитьWell here is my comment: I don´t agree with the decision. Because even if she intentionally changed her job, the judge must adjust to the current reality and the kid can live very well if she pays half of the child support (and the father the other half obviously). So there should be no drama but as this is an acting show (very alike with reality)...then let's see a case with this "drama".
ОтветитьSo basically she wanted to drop her income to get lowest possible amount possible then go back to a higher paying job after support was decided. Not new.
ОтветитьSeeing Chinese man speaking American and talking English like an American is peak American dystopia.
