Love how he's got these watches in nato straps very original
ОтветитьThese two men are very well dressed and groomed, classy energy from them. I like it.
ОтветитьPlease do more talking watches with Japanese collectors.
ОтветитьAnyone know the brand of the glasses he's wearing?
ОтветитьAnybody know where to buy a brown suit like the one in this video?!
Ответитьreally interesting one after many showing off and flexes, need more like this in the future
Ответить女がつけるような時計ばっか。見るからに弱そう。体鍛えようよ。まじで恥ずかしいわ
ОтветитьOf all Talking Watches episodes, this man's collection and taste are what I resonate with most. Beautiful vintage watches!
ОтветитьFinally interesting collection. Nothing against John Mayer but dude has most boring watch collection on earth.
ОтветитьGreat video. Enjoyed seeing the collection. Thanks.
ОтветитьDope collection. Some im like ok I seen before but some I was like whoa. That’s beautiful. I must read more and buy one lol I liked the black and white bulova too . So unique
ОтветитьNever thought I'd see a Japanese man holding a Swiss watch
Ответитьmy mans got a cartier tank after this interview and it looks PERFECT with hi style
ОтветитьAmazing. Refreshing POV on vintage collecting. Easily the top 5 talking watches episodes. Please do one with Japanese and Seiko’s ! (Grand Seiko’s ?!?)
ОтветитьCan't wait for "Talking Watches With Uvuvwevwevwe Onyetenyevwe Ugwemubwem Ossas"
ОтветитьNot only do I appreciate his watch collection, I also absolutely admire his elegance, sense of style, and the way he expresses and conduct himself, can I say charismatic ? I don't know if anyone will agree, but I'm throwing it out there, he's charismatic
ОтветитьI love this guy's taste and style. He could be in a movie. Its funny he's like American watches. And I have been interested in some gorgeous Seiko watches. We are truly connected people. I hope they are well right now, and send them good wishes.
Ответитьwatching Talking Watches always like therapy to me
ОтветитьThere's a romanticism in his collection.
ОтветитьBring people like him..not the typical Rolex n patek collectors..
ОтветитьCan't listen to the interviewer doing mmmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm
Ответитьi followed this dude ob instagram... is he ranch?? cos he be DRESSIN
ОтветитьVintage beaters are underrated. You never feel guilty wearing them and don't have to worry about scratching them at all. It's great!
ОтветитьIt sems he needs Timex Marlin in there too. I love collections that are not just following trends but are really personal interest orientated
ОтветитьLoved the interview, not the interviewer.
ОтветитьWow that guy managed to pull off wearing the watch over the shirt and it looks totally cool. And Wow tat de vile chrono! I wasnt aware of that one. Im really glad to see hoodinki spreading wider around watch world
ОтветитьWhy is this dork wearing his watch strapped over a brown long sleeve...
ОтветитьHe's a very 1930's style.
But his watches, I'm sure that can't be more than a tenth of the whole collection.
After thinking about it, this is my favourite talking watches. His collection is eclectic yet also perfectly harmonious on many levels, and he focusses on the image and story of the watch not (in his own words) " the price or the brand". A very considered collection and conversation.
ОтветитьVery interesting episode except the rolex part.
ОтветитьNow this is a proper watch collection.
Ответитьthat bracelet on his other wrist is beautiful
Ответитьthis is one of the best talking watches episode
ОтветитьGreat straps. And I definitely appreciate his knowledge on history
ОтветитьJesus Christ, it’s night and day in terms of quality compared to the bethany frankel talking watches. More of this pleaseee
ОтветитьReally wish I understood Japanese now, I loved the clear passion he had for the collection he had curated
ОтветитьGreat taste. Great collection. Don’t love the watch-over-jumper-sleeve look. But to each their own! 👍🏻
ОтветитьHonestly enjoyed this collection so much. Such a fresh perspective untainted by trends, he buys what he likes!
ОтветитьAmazing japanese perspective on watch collecting. I was heatbroken not to see any vintage seiko :(
ОтветитьWhen you get into watches, you never really get out.
wow - no truer words, I've heard.
People, this man does not represent all Japanese collectors. In fact, quite the opposite. In general the Japanese are into the most widely acclaimed masterpiece watches in mint condition. I say this as a Japanese person.... not all Japanese people are the same, and he does not represent the majority of collectors in his country.
Although one thing that is true is that Japanese look down on their own watch companies and love European.
Great episode. Nice collection bravo.
ОтветитьMore from Japan, very interesting indeed, such original alternative perspective
ОтветитьLove this attainable collection, collector, and spokesman
Ответить日本語版きたー
嬉しいわぁ
Wonderful start of Talking Watches in Japan. Please continue.
ОтветитьSuch an interesting collection, although I was a bit surprised that he doesn't have a Seiko or a Citizen in his collection.
ОтветитьHow cool. That two tone Bulova was sweet. The patina was great on many of them and love that he didn't even replace the cracked crystal on the IWC. Other than clothes, most of everything I own under my roof is from the 40s - early 80s. As far as watches, I think the 40s -50s offered the nicest, cleanest, stylish watches. Wish, I had the money to match his style but have to settle for cheap examples of Bulova, Caravelle, Garon, Cort, Helbros, Eloga, Waltham etc. Wearing one is a transport back in time to when a insurance agent, police man, baker, factory worker was wearing it.
Ответитьyesss!! was hoping to see Shuhei on Hodinkee sometime
ОтветитьTalking Watches, not trophies. Refreshing.
