when i try to install it shows as this way sir Pip3' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

Can we create multidimensional array in vs code without installing numpy?

i tried installing numpy, it gets installed but IDLE still gives me an error. I tried restarting IDLE as well. Please help ( I am using mac hence I have tried with the terminal)

When I open python from command prompt and say import numpy, it does work. But when I do so from idle, it gives me error.

So cmd has numpy but IDLE doesn't?
