What is the cheapest way to play Doom? RetrOrangePi Zero

Hi, is TV out pin gives direct signal...I mean can we make a direct wire from fe header to male jack...will it run or some grd or resistors are needed.

I haven't play that doom but a mobile java version of doom was really good and polished as well...but I wasn't able to get that type of anywhere else can you suggest...any other console having a polished version...
