I did "wild thing" though and I thought I was going to fall but didn't! I feel so good right now, my back really loves it lol. Love from Mexico.

ОтветитьGreat challenge. After having a baby teo years ago i struggle to do wheel pose. Not sure if its ab or arm strength im missing. Or both!

ОтветитьThis was such a wonderful class. I enjoyed the backbend-build up poses (especially Wild Thing). The reclined twists felt so good after Wheel 😍!
It felt like I was doing Bikram Yoga or something, because of the heat wave were having in Belgium 🥵😂
Soooooo good! Would love to see more videos of how-to's for backbends and also other inversions such as head stands and hand stands :0)

ОтветитьThis is such a fab practice. I come back to it again and again. If I’ve been travelling it’s great to loosen my back up again and I get a great night’s sleep afterwards. Still can’t do wheel pose, but that doesn’t matter.
