Thank you so much for this video Kassandra. I still couldn't do the actual wheel pose, but it's my first time doing this practice and I need a bit more arm strength. I did "wild thing" though and I thought I was going to fall but didn't! I feel so good right now, my back really loves it lol. Love from Mexico.

Great challenge. After having a baby teo years ago i struggle to do wheel pose. Not sure if its ab or arm strength im missing. Or both!

This was such a wonderful class. I enjoyed the backbend-build up poses (especially Wild Thing). The reclined twists felt so good after Wheel 😍!
It felt like I was doing Bikram Yoga or something, because of the heat wave were having in Belgium 🥵😂

Great practise, although I only reach the crown of my head but can't make it up to reel wheel pose. Am I lacking arm strength then? Kindest regards, Sophia

This is such a fab practice. I come back to it again and again. If I’ve been travelling it’s great to loosen my back up again and I get a great night’s sleep afterwards. Still can’t do wheel pose, but that doesn’t matter.

I don't know how to thank you for this practice!!! Today I did the wheel pose FOR THE FIRST TIME in my life!! My arms are pretty weak and that has always pushed me away from this pose, but I also needed a good warm up and now I have it thanks to you!

Thank you Thank you Thank youuu !!!!! I've been trying to go to wheel pose for weeks with no success but after doing just half of your video I tried to go into the pose and I finally did it !!! I'll do your video every day to be able to stay in the pose for longer.
