ОтветитьMy heart rate gets as low as 45bpm my Dr was worried and ordered a EKG but I told her I workout 60 to 90 minutes a day most HIIT Cardio and running. Checks out I'm fine I'm 6ft 155lbs btw

ОтветитьI have very normal heart rate/ pulse at 46 to 60....often around 50....but BP high 175/ 80.....the deep breaths help bring it down to 150's. Magnesium intake is good and taking Co Q10... .I get anxiety attacks or I think they are that....and not sure what else todo? Avoiding hospitals is a priority!!

ОтветитьI did three of the exercises and my BP didn’t come down at all! I had been sitting in a chair, feet on the floor breathing calming for at least 30 minutes, added your breathing exercise and checked my pressure and it was exactly the same!
