I think you guys should focus on getting an actor with proper vegetable cutting skills. Itd help more than whatever youre trying to do here.
ОтветитьEpic video super well done!! I’m new to the channel but you definitely got a subscriber at me!!
ОтветитьThis is just next level content, surprised to see your sub count but I can only see you get bigger audience with the potential you're carrying.
ОтветитьI've only watched a minute or so of this, and I'm stunned by the graphics , lighting, information, sound quality and enunciation of the speaker.
Checked the channel and noticed only 3.3k ??? 😨
These guys are going to blow up. And i'm here for it.

Okay, wow.
It's not often I actually get so intrigued and riveted by a video about something like this, but this was honestly fascinating.
I've played around a lot with my 14 Pro's cinema mode and always thought it really remarkable what it's able to do in just software in combo with the LiDAR, so I was quite curious about this video. Admittedly I was not expecting such a well polished, well explained, and wonderfully put together video with excellent samples to showcase. Bra-frikkin-vo! (except now I wish i had a 15 pro for USB-C, hah!)
Kudos from a 20+ year industry vet in camera dept! It also gave me a huge smile when mentioning the PD150; I've similar memories of shooting maaany things on that camera in college! 😄
Roling shutter...
Ответитьreally ? great video with only 3.2K subs ? mate, don't forget me if you reaching a million subs mark. your channel deserve more than that. cheers.
ОтветитьAmazing video, but what if I don’t have that equipment and everything I use is just one soft box, Anamorphic lenses, Telephoto lens and Final Cut pro for editing.. how to do it then?
ОтветитьExcellent video 👏
ОтветитьTruly, it's impressive what can be achieved with technology nowadays, and your video showcases it in a spectacular way. Congratulations on the highly professional, inspiring and well-executed content; you've gained a new subscriber.
Ответитьcan you please post the list of the configuration ?
ОтветитьBut, how much did all of this right COST?
ОтветитьAmazing work. Really looking forward to future uploads. Cheers!
ОтветитьWow this is so cool!
ОтветитьIm here at 3k subscribers before 3 million subscribers 😂 my filmmaking knowledge has 10x d
ОтветитьWith this much attachments wouldn't it be better to mount a camera instead?
ОтветитьThis is just such a great insight to the vast and creative world of cinematography, through the lens of a personal, internet communications device. I personally use the iPhone for the run and gun social media content, but this just opens doors to a budget friendly option for neofilmakers.
ОтветитьWho put a phone in my camera !? Amazing video, thank you !
ОтветитьUr right, this set up was awkward for me and I cant connect. This is because Im not a tech videographer. Im more of a simple point and shoot guy without all yhe extras. Either way, great video and I think if Apple can somehow create a more cinematic camera that doesnt rely on other hardware it would be great. Obviously not perfect but as close as possible.
Thanks for the vid.
bravo!!!
ОтветитьYou’ve got a great screen presence, almost like a “Vsauce” personality in the film industry. Great content! Although I don’t think iPhones ever will replace true cinema cameras, there is no doubt it makes “basic” filmmaking more accessible for the general public — professionally, for better or worse.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know a similar 2D to 3D plugin for Resolve?
ОтветитьIf you're gonna spend that much money on the accessories, the camera becomes inconsequential and might as well use a proper camera.
ОтветитьBro I think you just unlocked the future of cinematic mode! It looks so good! Can't wait to see this result directly into the Iphone camera app!
ОтветитьI'd rather buy a Sony A7iv at the cost of the iPhone, plugins, and rigs used to get an actual cinematic-looking video.
ОтветитьI wish the same exact test was done with the Sony Xperia 1 V
ОтветитьSupremely done! It’s quite evident that you spent a lot of time and effort in preparing this video. The research is evident in the quality of this video. Keep up the great content this channel is great! It has inspired, hope in me as a new videographer. And kudos on the imagination and innovation you guys have.
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьThe video discusses the potential of using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the quality of video images captured by smartphones, specifically the iPhone 15. The speaker explores the possibilities of using AI to create a more cinematic look for smartphone videos, and shares his experiments with AI depth scanning and depth mapping to simulate depth of field. The video also highlights the benefits of using professional tools and software on smartphones, and the potential for AI to enhance the capabilities of smartphones in the future.
ОтветитьThanks for this, cool stuff! But whats about timecode sync, can you sync TC on BlackMagic app via tentacle or other TC box?
ОтветитьWhich usb c hub is best for charging the phone and recording to SSD? I just wasted money on a hub that does neither one. Only allows me to record to a thumb drive 😕
ОтветитьDavinci studio has an excellent depth map feature built in, same with nuke! Definitely an amazing tool paired with the iPhone. This might be a stretch but more vfx stuff would be awesome! Would love to hear a vfx supes perspective on the iPhone aces workflow. Going over tonemapping like agx etc. awesome video, just subbed!
ОтветитьI didn't expect this amazing of a production for someone with only 2.97k subscribers! Your storytelling/narration skills are killer. Keep up the great work!
ОтветитьWOW!!!!!!! Incredible video! Amazing channel. The quality is just... wow. For me to remember when I'm still subbed when y'all are at millions of subscribers.. I have subscribed at 2.9K subscribers.
ОтветитьThis would look amazing if graded to HDR I bet
ОтветитьWhat a complete waste of time... if you are building a full rig around it, its no longer a phone, even iphone 30 will never match an arri alexa
ОтветитьThis video is so professionally done. So captivating. Definitely deserves more recognition
ОтветитьI can’t seem to get usb hub working with my 15 pro max
ОтветитьWow, man. It just goes to show that it's not about the gear but about lighting and story telling. iPhone is incredible!

ОтветитьWhy ai? Iphone has LiDar sensor. I am currently developing an iphone camera app that records lidar data and prores at same time
ОтветитьIf that depth of field AI tech was just an app that could automatically do that, and if you could share the LUT for the iPhone, I can use it all for the future of my band content for social media! This would be perfect for that. Because I’m not trying to spend $500 just for some good social media content of my band. But these conveniences would be incredible
ОтветитьThere’s nothing cheaper looking than portrait mode and “cinema mode”
ОтветитьI truly loved this video. Very Indepth and educational. I have been shooting video since the Canon XL1 , and when your talking professional use, it all matters on what you are shooting. If I am shooting a training video, the standards are not as critical as shooting a video for Netflix. The Iphone and the accessories that are made to make shooting video easier, cost efficient and more practical has many positives, especially if your workplace finds out it can save 100K of money from gear and accessories and not lack quality.
ОтветитьWhere can we get that LUT?
Ответитьvideo was so good i thought 2.7k said 2.7M subs
ОтветитьHey can you please share a link to download the LUT conversion to rec 709, from your friend? it could really help us seeing what a good LUT looks on our log footage. thank you, great content!
