an Army Veteran told me he found a snub nose .32 during the Vietnam War. He put that in his pocket and got rid of the bulky Colt .45. "Better for close quarters combat." is what he told me.
ОтветитьI saw this video pop up on my YT feed and I said, "He's going to pick a revolver". LOL!
ОтветитьGun laws in Cali are trash
Ответитьthe 642 can be shot from your pocket, good choice old man.
ОтветитьGlock sub compact. I prefer the 26 or 27 for the pocket, truck, house, and EDC.
ОтветитьCould have called that lol
ОтветитьJ frame all day.
ОтветитьFirst channel I consult when researching a firearm. Safe gun handling and having fun . Safely handled firearms are fun!!!
The double jointed thumbs look sooo painful 🙃🙃🙃
You can forget you are carrying an LCP II in either the front pocket or back pocket...
It is the perfect pocket pistol...
"It could be that the LCP II is the perfect gun to carry"... ❤
ОтветитьI've really been gravitating towards a snub nosed revolver the longer I've been carrying. I don't really like striker-fired guns and there's very very few da/sa hammer-fired options in the subcompact/pocket class of semi autos.
ОтветитьIt’s all about round count and accuracy PaPa. 5 rounds? 3 attackers. Good luck.
ОтветитьI like my baby Glock 380.
Ответить43X in the final 3 - YAY!
ОтветитьI've never had a range shooter ask to try my gun. Until I got the kel-tec .32 auto. They'd shoot a round, smile and ask "how much"? Never had a stovepipe, disappears into the sticky. ruger copied every pin, clip, spring, slide 10 years after the patent ran out. Hich, you featured kel-tec once, no like? 7 ounces of red hot, tumbling, hurt.
ОтветитьI've never seriously conducted CCW, but my dad got me a 38 hammerless snub and per the philosophy, I think that's hard to argue with. But man, if you got a pile of bullets and big hands, that thing will make you feel like you just took a ballpeen to your palm after much of a range day!
ОтветитьAt the Start of this video, I knew it would be a wheel gun. Thank you sir.
ОтветитьThanks for that video! That's the pocket pistol I bought due to it's compact hammerless design and cheaper ammo. I knew a US Martial that kept one in his front pocket everywhere he went. You couldn't even see anything. I have short arms so my jacket sleeves are always too long. Sucked growing up. On the bright side, that makes it easy to hold this snubby gun with your finger off the trigger inside my sleeve. Or, I can let go of it into a convenient pocket if I need to use my hand. So I don't even have to draw if needed; just aim and shoot if attacked (I only do this in sketchy gas stations late at night). I just wish it were as accurate as you can shoot it in your video. Mine is quite "snappy". Hard to hollow out the center of a target! But will definitely hit center mass if close and needed.
Ответитьsig 238
ОтветитьIt was always dangerous to drive with him since he insisted the safety cones were a slalom course.

ОтветитьYou can adopt the attitude there is nothing you can do, or you can see the challenge as your call to action.

ОтветитьIt is surprising what a man can do when he has to, and how little most men will do when they don't have to.
ОтветитьCall me a hipster doofus, but my favorite POCKET pistol is my SIG 238. It's a 380, 6+1 with the grip big enough to get my pinky on there, nice night sights. I love that little thing
ОтветитьFun and surprising
ОтветитьO-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸 Happy New Year…2024! My brother & I have purchased several guns together & he introduced me to your channel years ago. I have shared your info with both of my boys since we shoot together. It’s always a blast! I’ve learned that ammo can make or break a shooting episode. You’ve proven that as well, even in this video. I’m glad you had fun on this episode & did something that you could never really do…give up every gun save ONE! It’s NOT that easy is it?! I couldn’t do it. I like every gun that I have for several reasons & sometimes have more than one in my possession. Good stuff, my friend. Thanks for sharing. 😎🤩✌️
ОтветитьYou really must have some huge pockets to actually fit some of these pistols in them.
ОтветитьMy smallest piece is a FEG PA-63. I love it but would love for someone to build a modernized version of it. Why won't any US manufacturers build a compact blow-back pistol chambered in 9x18mm Makarov???
ОтветитьI thought I had a gun problem 😂 I just watched this, and I feel better. Too many guns 😂
ОтветитьI love my Hellcat
ОтветитьNo M&P Shield Plus?
ОтветитьLove your collection of pocket pistols. Just surprised that you don't have a Sig P238 380acp in your collection?
I'm only bringing this up because that's my favorite pocket gun. LOL!
Regardless, great selection bro.
Stay safe and healthy.
Peace
I wish I could of own a gun or many guns the crime rate in my country is 600plus a year I think guns will have the crime rate down for law abiding citizens like my self are at danger to criminals
ОтветитьBeen considering a S&W shield plus and wanted to see how it stacks up…but it didn’t even make it onto the table
ОтветитьI agree with you, something about a wheel gun is great to have. My go to for every day carry since 2004 is my Smith & Wesson 360 PD.
ОтветитьYou have to be a large man to pocket carry a 43x 😂
ОтветитьIf you gotta choose only one. Revolver. Less moving parts, easy to clean, can easily reload it one handed.
ОтветитьGood choise!!!
ОтветитьMindbuildingsolutions approved.
Excellent video and content.
There’s a number of those handguns you said were not pocket guns in other videos but here you are promoting them as a pocket gun…
Ответитьkool!
ОтветитьCapacity guys get on me all the time for still carrying my S&W 442. I don’t really care. There’s something about an old school .38 snub nose that inspires confidence in me. It doesn’t have the greatest capacity, but I know for sure I’ll always have 5 shots. I have a lot of other pistols with way better capacity, and yes I will carry my Glock 19 if I’m going to big cities or far away from home. But for the average day of gas station and shopping trips the 442 is gonna be plenty. And let’s be honest, if you shoot more than 5 shots in the average defense scenario you better have a top tier lawyer because you’re probably on your way to prison! Love love love my S&W 442 performance center with Crimson Trace laser grip!
ОтветитьThe Ruger LCP is really pocket, but I prefer the SW Bodyguard. It’s the same size, same caliber, .380acp, but feels more substantial, a bit more accurate, has a safety, so you can pocket carry without a trigger protecting holster. Today’s .380 defensive ammo does the job. The P365xl, the Glock 43x (with Shield mags) and the Hellcat, are micro compact 9s which lend themselves more to appendix carry in my opinion. Especially if you are average size and weight. I own all of them, plus the Taurus GX4, the SW Shield Plus, the G48 slimline, Ruger Max 9, Springfield 911, (the SW M340 PD Airlite .357 titanium in the revolver category), and a few others in that micro compact category. I would pick the G43x and the P365xl too as my go-to iwba carry. And the PDP-F compact.
ОтветитьI've watched you for years... love your content! Now that you have a k6xs would your choice change?
ОтветитьLong live Hickok!
ОтветитьPocket Pistol? Right! A Blind Man could see these a Mile Away. I4 ROUNDS!! Why would you need 14 rounds to defend yourself when ONE ROUND will get any attacker running away. The ONLY advantage a pocket pistol has is STEALTH. NONE of these big hogs has Stealth. Lucky someone hasnt acted on his big lumpy pocket by back head shooting him to steal his gun. He's a country boy. He'd be dead in 2 seconds in NYC
ОтветитьNo berettas huh...
ОтветитьDiamondback DB9 gen4 is +P rated. Thats my favorite pocket rocket
