How long it just goes poof? I'd have no idea of knowing that, but, just dont be switching it on and off every couple of seconds or minutes. Use it when you want to, and don't just leave it on needlessly. Mine's still going strong.

Yup, still runs good, and I MIGHT grab those for 88 bucks if I even get there on time. Seem to be Doorbusters so I probably wont have a chance.

Check your remote on the menu and click zoom, it'll mess with the size.

LCD is just the actual panel on the front, what burns out are the light sources in the back behind the LCD, which is either LED, Cathode lighting, or with Plasma displays it's completely different. LED backlit displays like this one have less chance of burning out, unless they're made poorly of course. So far this one is fine.

I'll look into it, maybe if I'm bored enough I'll do it. Dont have too many games installed on that PC, so maybe I'll drag over my htpc which has Just Cause 2 and whatnot and try it with that.

we go the 40" and can seem to play games or watch dvd without still hearing the tv and not getting volume from the other

The resolution is really super sharp.when attached to a computer.As sharp as a monitor.you can practically have a web t.v with it .all in one.The price is great too I got this one on sale .But i'm missing my 22 in monitor.Isn't that crazy?. The seki is 23 inches

My version the stand is plastic It did not come with hdmi cable .It doesn't have front diodes controls on the right side of the bottom panel.They are on the sides,non diode

Personally I have no issues with sound from the tv. In a smaller sized room, it should be enough. But a medium to large? then you ought to be hooking it up to a stereo system of some sort. Otherwise, its fine :3

I'm here from 12 years later in 2024. I just dug out this TV and trying to set it up with an onn. TV box. Surprisingly it works fine I even adjusted the over scan so the picture fit in the screen
