I cooked this dish for my parents, as my first entry into authentic Indian cooking and they were thoroughly amazed! They said it was better than the fancy Indian restaurant and asked for the recipe to cook themselves. Thank you so much for sharing, made all of our days :)
ОтветитьThis is torture. I’m so hungry. I can’t wait to make this.
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьYour joke about the onions has become a daily-use joke in our house. Love it. Also makes us not feel bad about not hand chopping!
ОтветитьYour channel is so great, the first time I have ever made a curry and it was your chicken madras. My family were blown away with how great it was. It's really given me a push to try more cooking, so you may have found me a new hobby! Thank you so much :)
ОтветитьMade this today. So good, as are all of Bumbi's recipes!
ОтветитьLooks Brilliant!!!!
ОтветитьWow just wow! Looks amazing. I've finally made a nice Indian dish but I have found getting the oils to separate can be difficult.
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьI just made it. It is simmering away nicely and could not resist a taste. It is beautiful. Thank you.

I made this last night and am following your suggestion to wait a day to eat it. Do you just warm it up in a sauce pan when you want to eat? Thanks.
ОтветитьPlease can you describe the taste from addition of javantri mace, what does this spice do for the finished dish
ОтветитьWow 🎉

ОтветитьAmazing! Thanks for all your tips and explanations. ❤
ОтветитьAwesome voice and details
Truly professional
However tempting recipe may seem my wife never allow me to mix dairy(yogurr cream or milk) with chicken and also lime with chicken ..
Just want to say thank you for such a tastefully made ( pun intended) video.
Love the detailed step by step recipe delivery. And the fact that there is no loud, jarring music, just your mellifluous voice imparting instructions!
This is an off the track question......are you an alumna of MGD School, Jaipur?
Going to try it soon. What is the logic behind not covering the lid fully while cooking initially for 20 mins?
ОтветитьIt looks good but I would not put so many spices
ОтветитьI would like to no if it is a creamy curry and how hot is it thank you
ОтветитьHi Bumbi, I cooked this curry of yours today and not bad for a first attempt it I put too much Katsura Métis in and this somewhat overpowered the taste but apart from that it was really good. This is now the third of your chicken recipes that we have made. All good but favourite is the Tika Marsala so far.
One question I want to get a counter top hand operated vegetable chopper the same as yours. Can you tell me the make and model and may be where to buy one please?
Thanks much
❤❤❤
ОтветитьWonderful video of a delicious dish.
ОтветитьHi @Bumbi, thanks for the recipe, it includes a couple of tricks and techniques that I will definately use. I keep wondering whether these would taste better if the chicken get roasted first. Does adding chicken to the sauce raw has any advantages?

Ответитьthis looks devine and i will be having a go at making it. Thanks for sharing your video and recipe. may good karma come to you
