Google doesn't have the option to fill out that form anymore. unfortunately I logged out of my account and I cannot log back in because the account is disable. I need a way to contact facebook.

I got suspended just for signing up. Pop up said I violated 'Community Standards"??? I never even posted one thing.. There is no "Fill out this form" link... and no means of contacting Facebook.

The request a review link is no longer there. seems impossible to fix ive given up all hope of getting it back.

The link to submit an appeal was removed and I cannot contact them through that option. I also tried to put the URL manually and when I try to upload my ID it does not work, I still get an error

Yeah, this doesn't work. After filling out the form, my account is still disabled because it was hacked and someone was malicious with it

When I fill out the form and submit an ID, it tells me that I need to login to my account, -which exactly what I can't do.
