I can hear the cpu running and if I press enter I hear a prompt sound but my monitor is turned off...

When I open the plist, the only thing written in "Arguments" is "dart=0". There's nothing else. Do I write all the rest or is there something wrong? If I have to write everything, can you please tell me what is it after "Mode=1"?

gotta a question. Running Sierra in an old BIOS motherboard with a GTX 970 (an Alienware Aurora R1 from 2009) (booting up OSX with a chameleon bootloader from a USB stick since I can't get any HDD-installed chameleon bootloader to bootup Sierra). When I enter the bootflag arg vda_drv=1 and I reboot I lose video during bootup process (no HDMI, no DVI-D, no DVI-I, nada) so I gotta boot up in safe mode to fix it (delete the vda_drv=1 bootflag). Do you know how to properly load these drivers in my case?

still doent work man im on 3570k with z77 , using gtx1060 have up2date drivers and currently on 10.12.5 . always Black screen after apple logo , use to boot by disabling drivers using nv_disable=1! help me if u know

Sir, I have become totally frustrated after repeatedly failed in installation of Nvidia web driver in Sierra. I have Intel i3 2100 processor, Intel DH61WW motherboard, GIGABYTE GTX 950 OC Graphics Card and 6GBs of 1333MHz RAM. So that's why I first chose iMac 12.1 as the system definition and then installed Nvidia Web driver and followed your tutorial and found nothing happened means black screen error. Then I changed my system definition to Mac Pro 5.1 and did the same procedure and then also found nothing happened. I used Chameleon with Vanilla method, Clover Method, Unibeast-Multibeast method, but in every case Os is installed and run fantastically with proper sound also, only without proper graphics. I purchased a HDMI to DVI adapter also because I found someone is saying Sierra supports only HDMI Cables and my monitor supports only VGA and DVI Cables. But after using this adapter also I am getting the black screen error. For your sake I want to inform you that I am using Samsung SyncMaster B2230 Monitor. So what will I do now, will I give up hope or there is still something to do to get proper graphics in my macOS Sierra, please tell me.

what about graphics settings in clover menu ???? should i select any injector for nvidia graphics? thanks
