Neither has worked for me. I have d/l shortcuts. It doesn’t give an option to go to shortcuts. Will try another video. Gutted.

Thank for the video, but you need to got slowly and step by step. I am old person, I did everything but i can’t download twitter video to my camera roll. I did before, but HAVE IOS 12 still haven’t problems
