ОтветитьI really love this short whole body stretching video. The instructions given during each stretch are so important to make sure our form is correct. I am an elderly woman and am using this in conjunction with a short stationery bike exercise and after a long period of no exercise, I have had no injuries. Looking forward to trying your other videos as well as increasing some cardiovascular moderate exercise.

ОтветитьThanks Mike. After what I think was an arthritis flare up in my left knee ? from the cold weather, these stretches were good for me to test my knees. Very little pain, so Panadol Osteo is helping maintain my muscle stretching.

I've only done them for a week but I'm going to keep going to keep me going. I've tried a few of them and they get me going. Thank you.

ОтветитьJust seen my comment from one year ago. Hard to believe it's that long since I first discovered this. Having moved house I let my practice slide. I've been stiffening up, promising myself I'd get back to a regular exercise regime but somehow not managing to do it. Today I started with these stretches. Wonderful. I feel so much better already. So pleased I've made a start. Thank you so much for posting these videos. It's like coming home to an old friend.
