If the country columns are more than three(as in this case), do we manually have mention it every time or there is a way, like distinct could be used so that query picks up the uniqiue countries by itself.

a VERY useful information is missing here. frankly i'm surprised that worked for you because the result as described here is returning the error: "multi-part identifier could not be bound" for the non-pivoted column. is needed to use the aliased PivotTable. example: "select PivotTable.SalesAgent (...)" instead of "select SalesAgent (...)". and is a counter-intuitive thing so... very needed to be mentioned.
