If the country columns are more than three(as in this case), do we manually have mention it every time or there is a way, like distinct could be used so that query picks up the uniqiue countries by itself.

Ответитьa VERY useful information is missing here. frankly i'm surprised that worked for you because the result as described here is returning the error: "multi-part identifier could not be bound" for the non-pivoted column. is needed to use the aliased PivotTable. example: "select PivotTable.SalesAgent (...)" instead of "select SalesAgent (...)". and is a counter-intuitive thing so... very needed to be mentioned.
