The Bodycover on the S4 was weak, that means bad Aerodynamic flow UNDER the Car!

Chris Harris was making content in 2013. Who knew? Not me. Even back then he was good. You can see how he’s developed his style over the years though. With hair though, he reminds me a bit of Freddie Mercury though.

I just bought a 2011 audi s4 last week. A signifigant upgrade from my 2012 mazda3 might I add. The previous owner had no mods besides a catback exhaust, and a simple tune. It somehow manages to push 430hp and I just don't understand how 😂but I love it so much!

Thats actually an amazing spec on that s4 i still buy and sell b8 s4s and i cant believe someone abused one of these fantastic cars in a fantastic spec 10 years ago that car was only 3 years old or so

The b8.5 comes with launch control, and there are tcu tunes as well. The b8.5 s4 is hands down one of the best daily drivers. Awd so good for all weather, insanely reliable, makes great power and torque, plenty of room, looks great inside, looks great outside too but doesn't draw too much attention which is nice when using daily, AND it actually gets pretty good mileage too. Even with a stage 1 tune I can still get 25 mpg

You can probably make an S4 much faster than the RS4 but just my oh my is that RS a good-looking (and sounding) car… Those wide fenders and that sleek rear bumper. Simple clean and elegant lines which todays RS cars are nothing like.

Need to upgrade the RS4 with JHM software, not as big of a gain as the REVO on the S4 but for a normally aspirated (talking B8/B8.5 RS4) engine the JHM probably gives at least 25bhp but also includes a TCU tune for the DSG which improves its shifting.

I give that S4's timing chain about 3k miles at that level of tune and then its an engine out job.

Would still go with rs4. Screaming V8 and over 8000rpm. And im sure rs4 is better in track than tuned s4

Seeing this 5 years ago, and now today. This video is preposterously stupid. Any boosted audi can be tuned to match another (within reason). The idea is how long will the car last, plus the point of an RS vs S has almost nothing to do with the engine -- its about the track. Ive driven S4 on the track and the brakes give up after 4 laps of hard driving. I dont see that happening in the RS4

I think the carbon ceramics would have been the difference to be honest. A clean up of the s4 e.g. bolting up the under tray properly etc., and i believe the s4 would actually pull the lead

People are forgetting the RS4 has no turbo or supercharger! Only so much power you can make out of it! Where an S4 you can now make a lot of power and way faster then then the RS4!

Why do they make sports-performing cars as lame station wagons? Might as well be a minivan.

Audis are nice cars but the maintenance almost always requires taking the grill and most of the front end off

If S4 after Upgrade take a complete wash and wax it will beat RS4

100% correct I have a 2013 S4 Avant had the Revo map done, drastically changed the performance🏎💨
