Here's why I think dipper Wouldn't win.

Anne is very strong, she defeated Sasha in a sword fight, Sasha defeated a heron with only her fists ( and a stick ) which is very impressive, because giant herons are building Level , so that means Anne is basically building level, ( also she wasn't even tapping into her calamity form so that's pretty strong ) Anne has also been trapped in amphibia for around 5 months, that should give him experience, She is also able to do More damage then dipper, dipper is only smart, without the journal he's pretty much useless. Anne also defeated Sasha once again in newtopia, arguably Sasha wasn't even serious while fighting Anne because she was trying to tell Anne about adrias' double crossing them, but I'd have to disagree, she seemed fairly serious in those action scenes, this was also not the same Sasha from reunion because she had been training for months throughout season two and was shown to have immense physical strength when she was At the Strength Gem temple when She Stood up when the others couldn't. So Anne is about big Building level of destruction. Also in my opinion Hax goes to Anne as she was Almost killed Fighting the Toads, Almost killed fighting The core, it can't even be counted as fighting because anne was trapped there with the core, not much of a fight. She also almost died Fighting andrias, if Sprig didn't show the note to Andrias, andrias would've probably killed her.
