Fix Failed to play test tone error on Windows 11/10

Thank you wow it really was this simple. I was about to restart windows.

Followed the steps to about 1min20 and got a further error at the end of the troubleshooter 'Audio services not responding'

Go into Device Manager - Audio and delete the audio driver, restart the PC. That worked for me.
